Kristina is a 2023 graduate from the Florida School of Massage. As a newly licensed massage therapist, she is most interested in working with athletes and with people experiencing chronic tension due to holding patterns. (Holding patterns are the way people unconsciously hold their bodies.) Kristina enjoys slow, specific work and helping her clients to feel more at ease in their bodies.
Kristina graduated from the University of Delaware in 2017 with a Bachelors in Health Behavior Science, and a minor in Public Health. She was a competitive rower with the UD Women’s Rowing Team for four years, where she developed chronic tension headaches. Massage helps Kristina manage her headaches, inspiring her to help others through bodywork.
When she’s not with her clients, Kristina loves to skate, row, and paint.
