Tiffani is a board certified massage therapist with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). She’s earned certificates in Active Release Technique (ART) , Active Isolated Stretching with Aaron Mattes, Manual Ligament Therapy (MLT), and attended several classes from The Benjamin Institute. She graduated from the Florida School of Massage in 2004, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Colorado Christian University.
Tiffani played many sports while growing up in Northern California, and attended Colorado Christian University on a basketball scholarship. After college, Tiffani spent three years organizing and running youth sports leagues at a local YMCA. This experience helped her realize she wanted to work in the sports field, but she wasn’t sure of her next steps. Encouraged by her sister, Brooke Lucas, Tiffani moved to the Gainesville area to attend the Florida School of Massage.
Tiffani splits her time between University of Florida teams and her personal clients, while raising two beautiful daughters.
